What to expect:

• As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you’ll join our R&D team focused on product support and further development of existing motor sizes.
• Expect to engage in hands-on design process, where your technical expertise and attention to detail will have a direct impact on product performance and client satisfaction. In this role, you’ll have opportunities to shape both, optimize existing designs and further product developments.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and design mechanical systems, components, and assemblies using CAD software (Creo).
• Technical product optimization and working on VAVE projects.
• Offer support for manufacturing for the localized products.
• Act as interface/contact person for technical tasks for purchasing team.
• Work with cross-functional teams (such as manufacturing, electronics, and software engineering) to ensure designs are feasible, and align with project requirements.
• Prepare detailed design specifications, BOMs, and technical documentation to ensure smooth transitions to manufacturing/test/prototype.
• Actively participate in design reviews, contribute to process improvements, and suggest engineering solutions to enhance product quality and efficiency.
